Hi everyone, I'm Emily and I'm a professional Sports Nutritionist, passionate about health, nutrition, and happiness. After completing my undergraduate degree in Nutrition, I completed my Masters in Applied Sports Nutrition. Alongside my academics, I've competed for Great Britain both on the track and cross country, at European and World Cross Country Championships as well as European Team Championships.
