How it all works

Sport nutrition is a growing field of knowledge. I truly believe that nutrition needs to take a holistic approach. We need to look at not only your nutritional intake, but your work load, stresses, training diary, and your athletic goals!


Whether you're training for a park run, a marathon or a national level athlete, I can offer nutrition support for all athletes.

Food diary evaluation

Each client will complete a food diary, ranging from three to seven days. This will be analysed, looking at the individuals macronutrient and micronutrient intake over the recorded period.


Information will also be asked of pre-race and post-race nutrition practices.


Lifestyle and training evaluation

Clients will also complete a seven day lifestyle and training diary. Here, I will be looking at your work load, and your training load to see where you can improve your nutritional practices.

We will also be looking at your racing goals, and how we can work towards achieving them!

Individualised dietary suggestions

You will receive an individualised dietary plan, with suggestions of where and how to improve your nutritional practices, based on your specific needs. These will very much vary based upon gender, your work, training, age etc.


These will help you get the most out of your training, improve performance and enhance recovery. 

One on one support

Education and communication are just some of the keys to a happier, healthier life. Everyone is different so everyone has different needs, we just need to work out what yours are.
